West Ranga Property Group are delighted to start on our next project for Tesco at Bridge Road, Pitlochry following on from our recent successful collaberation at Murraygate, Dundee.

Extending to 26,900 sq ft (2,499 sq m) on a site of 3.31 acres, the subjects will comprise a stand alone supermarket together with ancillary car parking, sevice yard and landscaping. Tesco Stores Limited have committed to a FRI lease for a period of 20 years.

We look forward to working with Clark Contracts who have been appointed main contractor for the development.

The project is being forward funded by Knight Frank Investment Management for a total commitment of £8,665,000.
