West Ranga Property Group are delighted to start our next project for Scania GB Limited at Westland Way, Stockton-on-Tees following on from successful projects in Dundee, Eurocentral and Falkirk.

Extending to 24,703 sq ft (2,294.91 sq m) on a site of 6.27 acres, the fully de-carbonised building will incorporate state of the art sustainable design features including Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps and underfloor heating.

The development is projected to achieve a BREEAM rating of Very Good.

We look forward to working with Lindum Construction who have been appointed as the main contractor for the development.

The project is being forward funded by a US REIT for a total commitment of £10,500,000.
