West Ranga Property Group have sold the remaining retail unit at their Murraygate, Dundee development.

Let to Ramsdens for 10 years at a passing rent of £45,000 per annum, the property was sold to a private client of Orinsen.

The sale marks successful completion of our Murraygate development.

West Ranga identified and assembled a difficult town centre site obtaining planning permission for 6,000 sq ft of retail accommodation and 31 residential units. Post construction, the residential units were sold to Hillcrest (Housing Association) and retail units were let to Tesco and Ramsdens and subsequently sold to private investors.
