Sale of Claverhouse East, Dundee

West Ranga Property Group have facilitated the sale of 18.97 acres of industrial development land at Claverhouse East, Dundee, to an undisclosed occupier.

Having identified the site in early 2021, West Ranga collaberated closely with the landownwer, Dundee City Council, and the occupier to compile all site due diligence and progress a bespoke, modern and compliant scheme.

Detailed planning permission for a 98,000 sq ft last mile logistics unit with ancillary van parking and hardstanding was obtained in May 2024.

After West Ranga discharged all pre-commencement planning conditions, the occupier purchased the site from the landowner and has commenced construction of the facility for owner occupation.
