West Ranga have let the ground floor of Endeavour House, Dundee to The Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government at a rental of £90,885 per annum (£15.00 per Sq ft).

The suite, extending to 6059 Sq ft, has been let for a period of 10 years without breaks.

The tenant joins existing tenant The Scottish Ministers (HMIE and The Scottish Government Housing and Regeneration Directive) in the building.
