West Ranga Property Group have today announced the sale of their holding at 250 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, to a private investor for an undisclosed price.

Purchased in February 2017, West Ranga recently agreed a new 5 year extension with the existing tenant, TUI Limited, expiring 24th May 2023 at a rent of £15,000 per annum.

The sale, handled by Sheridan Property Consultants, delivered a profit on cost of 20% and a project IRR (geared) of 30.24%.

The sale was in line with Business Plan strategy and returns exceeded expectations.
