West Ranga Property Group have recently purchased the heritable interest in a site on Dundee’s Murraygate from Northumberland Estates.

Lying derelict since a fire in 2015, the company is looking forward to commencing a comprehensive redevelopment providing a property fit for modern use whilst retaining and enhancing the architectural importance of the street.
