Through a new joint venture, R6 Ventures Limited, West Ranga Property Group have recently purchased the heritable interest in Lochend Industrial Estate, Queen Anne Drive, Newbridge, from SRA Ventures for £1.925M.
Extending to circa 31,993 Sq ft (2,972.15 Sq m), the vacant industrial accommodation, spilt across two buildings, will be comprehensively refurbished and separated to create individual units of between 3,500 and 5,500 Sq ft.
CBRE acted on behalf of R6 Ventures Limited in respect of the purchase.
Burns and Shaw and Graham & Sibbald have been appointed letting agents with Innes BC providing building consultancy and project management advice.
