West Ranga have completed the purchase of Oakwood Business Park, York, for £2.325M.

Located immediately adjacent to the North York Ring Road, the estate comprises 20,250 Sq ft of industrial accommodation arranged across 15 units, a farmhouse and extensive caravan storage, all on a site of 5.48 acres.

The Park is fully-let and we are looking forward to working with all our new tenants.
