West Ranga have purchased the heritable interest in 11-15 Murraygate, Dundee from Arcadia (in administration) for an undisclosed price.

Arranged over basement, ground and 4 upper floors, the building extends to 15,979 sq ft (1,484 sq m) and is located in a prime position on Murraygate – Dundee’s established retail pitch.

The team have designed and obtained detailed planning for an exciting scheme incorporating the building and adjacent development site (existing West Ranga holding) to deliver 6,000 sq ft of new ground floor retail (part pre-let to Tesco) with 31 social housing unit arranged over upper floors.

Construction to commence Q1 2021.
