With national surveying practice, Graham & Sibbald and The Scottish Government as tenants, the property was purchased from Tavistock for a price reflecting a NIY of 8.83%.

Graham & Sibbald recently showed their commitment to the property by extending their lease to 2023. With further asset management opportunities being progressed, we look forward to holding this asset and watching the continued transformation of the area and the city.
