West Ranga Property Group have today announced the sale of their holding at 211 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, to a private investor for an undisclosed price reflecting a net initial yield of 5.15%.

Purchased in February 2017, the sale delivered a profit on cost of 32.23% and a project IRR (geared) of 32.71%.

The sale was in line with Business Plan strategy and returns exceeded expectations.
