The fully refurbished unit extends to 979.44 Sq m (10,543 Sq ft) with the tenant entering into a 5-year FRI lease at a rent equivalent to £8.50 per Sq ft.

Other tenants on the estate include Peoples Ford, Edinburgh City Private Hire and Evolve Group.
