West Ranga Property Group are delighted to announce the purchase of industrial premises at Arrol Road, Wester Gourdie Industrial Estate, Dundee.

The property was purchased from Ernst & Young, acting as administrators for Galloway Group, for an undisclosed sum.

This substantial manufacturing facility extends to 87,433 Sq ft on a site of 4,3 acres.

West Ranga Property Group will be undertaking a significant refurbishment of the building with the resultant accommodation available to let as a whole or in part.
