West Ranga Property Group have today announced the sale of their holding at 50 Titchfield Street, Kilmarnock to a private investor for an undisclosed price.

The property is let to British Heart Foundation until 24th September 2020 at a passing rent of £48,000 per annum.

The sale, undertaken by Acuitus Auctions, delivered a profit on cost of 57.35% and a project IRR (ungeared) of 50.50%.
