West Ranga Developments are delighted to start our next project for Scania GB Limited at Abbotsford Business Park, Falkirk following on from successful projects in Dundee and Eurocentral.

Extending to 22,244 sq ft (2,066.47 sq m) on a site of 4.77 acres, the fully de-carbonised building will incorporate state-of-the-art sustainable design features including Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pump and underfloor heating.

We look forward to working with CM Steel Buildings Limited who have been appointed main contractor for the development.

The project is being forward funded by a US REIT for a total commitment in excess of £8.00 Million. Lismore RE acted on behalf of the funder.
