West Ranga purchased a 7.8 Acre site at Eurocentral, Motherwell, ML1 4YF from Muse Developments in February 2020.

Eurocentral is considered Scotland’s premier distribution and logistics location.

Detailed planning permission was granted for a 43,000 Sq ft office and industrial building with associated 5.6-acre yard in March 2020.

Scania (GB) Limited have committed to a new 15-year FRI Lease.

Practical Completion estimated Q2 2021.

After delivering a technically challenging project for Scania in Dundee, West Ranga are delighted to be working with the company again in what will be a key operation for their Scottish business.

This project reinforces the team’s ability to understand and deliver on the property requirements of major occupiers and follows on from successful D&B projects for Scania, Ford, DSG Retail Limited, Tesco and
Enjoy Technologies.
