West Ranga are extremely proud to have handed over our cutting-edge development at Eurocentral to valued partner Scania GB.

Serving as their new Scottish Headquarters, the fully decarbonised site, incorporating air source, solar PV, underfloor heating and water harvesting, it is the most energy efficient of Scania's 1,600 strong global property portfolio underlining the company's continued commitment to achieving net zero.
The property was sold to DVS Property Limited for a consideration of £10,750,000 reflecting a Net Initial Yield of 4.50%.
