West Ranga, on behalf of R6 Ventures Limited, have completed the disposal of R6 Industrial Estate, Edinburgh to StenProp for £3.90M.

Purchased with vacant possession in July 2018, R6V embarked on an ambitious reconfiguration and market-leading refurbishment of the estate.

Successful lettings were subsequently completed with Peoples Ford, Evolve, ECPH and Enjoy Technologies in the process setting a headline rent of £8.50 per Sq ft.

With business plan projections exceeded, the decision was taken to sell the asset delivering a profit on cost of c.40%.

R6V are actively seeking to identify a similar opportunity.
