West Ranga have purchased the heritable interest in a standalone Retail/Trade Counter property located in Crieff Town Centre.

The 7,500 sq ft property is let to Poundstretcher until August 2026 off a rent equivalent to £4.80 per sq ft.

The purchase price reflected a NIY of 11.50%.
