PLANNING APPLICATION SUBMITTED FOR CONNECT-70, BELLSHILL
On behalf of Bellshill Property Limited, West Ranga Management are delighted to announce submission of a planning application for a new state of the art, prime logistics development at Mossbell Road, Bellshill.
The development, to be known as Connect-70, Bellshill, has been designed with sustainability in mind with a target to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A ratings and consists of a new standalone logistics warehouse of 6,465 Sqm (69,589 Sq.ft) on a total site of 1.67 Ha 4.13 acres).
The design takes account of modern logistics operators’ requirements, with 12 metres eaves, 8 dock loading bays, 2 level access doors and first floor offices extending to 345 Sqm (3,714 Sq.ft). Externally the site will accommodate a 50-metre-deep concrete surfaced yard with 16 trailer parking bays and ample space for turning in addition to 42 car parking spaces, including 8 EV charging and 3 disabled parking bays.
