West Ranga Developments has entered into a development partnership with East Oakwood Developments to promote 20 acres of consented Class 4, 5 & 6 land located immediately off the A1 at the Spott roundabout, Dunbar.

The newly named, Dunbar Business Park, can accommodate occupier requirements from 750 sq ft to 158,000 sq ft with consideration given to both Leasehold and Freehold structures.

Dunbar Business Park will sit immediately adjacent to a new retail park, trade park and other roadside uses. Existing occupiers include Asda, McDonalds, Martsons and Dunbar Garden Centre.
