West Ranga Investments negotiated and agreed the sale and leaseback of 4 car showroom properties located in Chertsey, Northampton, Carlisle and Newcastle from Cazoo the internet car retailer.

The portfolio was subsequently sold to LXI REIT for £16,700,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 5.75%.
