The team will the assess individual site factors including planning risk, site constraints, utility provision, ground conditions, land price etc before promoting a preferred property solution.

West Ranga have researched, understood and embraced this initiative and now assist multiple occupiers in this regard. This includes calculating embodied carbon (construction process) and target carbon (building lifecycle) and mitigate this through design whilst optimising project viability.


Once the design of a scheme is complete, West Ranga will consider and select the optimal procurement route for the Build Contract and appointment of Main Contractor. Our real-time knowledge of the wider contractor market allows us to efficiently identify a preferred contractor whether through a full tender process or by negotiated contract.

Our experience allows us to efficiently navigate contract negotiations whilst obtaining institutionally acceptable collateral warranties.

West Ranga’s Development Managers will then closely monitor the entire construction programme through to Practical Completion (PC) and beyond to the end of the defect’s liability period.
